• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds during live betting can change rapidly while a match is in progress

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Bets will be voided and the account closed if found to be connected to score manipulation or match fixing
• Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited

Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game type and event. bg66 reserves the right to set or adjust any bet limit at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bg66. Any violation may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening an account using someone else's identity
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Manipulating the bonus system
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Participating in match-fixing or sports manipulation
• Attempting to upload malicious code or viruses

Bg66 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation
• Failure to verify identity
• Unusual or suspicious transactions
• At your own request (self-exclusion)
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted after 12 months. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
